* Exhibition options applicable for the duration of 6 days:

option 1

Exhibition space inside a Marquee with stable wood flooring, lighting and electricity.

With this option you are not required to be at your stand during the event. You will be asked to complete the setup and styling of your stand a few days prior to opening day. We will on our turn restock and make sure your stand is in tip top state on a daily basis.

A. Décor/deli or gifts @ R790 per table + 25% commission (own props/cy table)
B. Décor/Deli or gifts @ R390 per half a table + 25% commission (own props/cy table)

option 2

Exclusive shop space inside a Marquee with stable wood flooring, lighting and electricity.

A. This option requires that your stand must be manned by either yourself or a trusted colleague from 9:00 till closing time each day. You will be given an indoor room space of 3m x 3m minimum @ R190 per m² + 23% commission.

  • shop owners are responsible for their own setup, styling, restocking, and managing through the duration of the seven days.
  • the market will provide a central pay point system that would give you as shop owner the opportunity to market your products and endorse sales.

B. If you can’t be present or organise staff for your shop, but you do want exclusive shop space 3m x 3m and more the cost will be 190 per m² + 25% commission and we will restock and make sure your stand is in tip top state on a daily basis.

  • shop owner’s are responsible for their own setup and styling before commencement of the event.
  • the market will provide a central pay point system with credit card facilities.

Credit Card Machine Rentals (limited availability)

Exhibitors with more expensive items like jewellery and antiques, can rent a credit card machine for the week from us at an additional amount of R600, inclusive of banking fees. Only credit card sales will be allowed and the exhibitor must keep track of all sales. The credit card payments will go directly to the CY account and the exhibitor will be paid, excluding the market commission, 14 days after the event.

option 3

Food & drink options inside a Gazebo/Bedouin tent / trading in a food truck.

Important info:

  • Please let us know if you will be trading in any form of alcohol. Note that the market will apply for a general liquor licence and an added fee of R250 will be charged per stand.
  • Please make sure your stock, gas and float levels are sufficient. A fine of R300 will be applicable for each hour that trading stops

A. Drinks and Beverages tent option of (2.5m x 2.5m) @ R1800 + 15% commission.

Extra: Cement flooring, lighting and adequate electricity.
Each exhibitor is responsible for: The styling and managing of their area including till points, credit card machines, tables, counters and applicable health and safety certificates.

B1. Food Truck (6 days) @ R1500 + 15% commission.

Extra: Trading on a grass area and the provision of adequate electricity. The market will supply pallets in front of each food truck to create a platform for customers to stand on.
Each exhibitor is responsible for: Till points, credit card machines and applicable health and safety certificates.

B2. Food Truck (3 days: weekend 2-4 Oct) @ R900 + 15% commission.

Extra: Trading on a grass area and the provision of adequate electricity. The market will supply pallets in front of each food truck to create a platform for customers to stand on.
Each exhibitor is responsible for: Till points, credit card machines and applicable health and safety certificates.

C. Coffee Shop (cost & area size to be discussed via mail).

The following will be provided:

  • Display and serving area
  • Tables and chairs for 60pax
  • Kitchen and cold storage units
  • Gas stove (exhibitor to provide gas) and Microwave
  • Electricity and lighting as per venue
