SECOND SELECTIONS

Approval notification: Monday, 20 April ‘20

Personal meeting dates: 27 April – 1 May at The Stone Shed

  • We will send you the necessary information in regards to your personal meeting with the CY ladies, where you will be expected to display your range of products in person.
  • It is extremely important that you agree to these appointments for we will look at each item individually and discuss the best exhibition option for your products.
  • You are welcome to bring photos of display options, but you won’t be required to setup your entire stand.
  • The duration of the appointments won’t be longer than 1 hour.
  • If the meeting cannot be attended, please send us a written notice at least 2 days prior your view date. Further correspondence will follow to make alternative arrangements.
  • It is important to take note that attended exhibitors will receive favour with the selections process.
  • The CY team has the right to decide after these meetings which exhibitors should represent them during CY 2020.
  • The final selections will be made by, taking into consideration the number of exhibitors we can accommodate giving the growth of the market each year. It is also important to us that there is no overlapping of products, to ensure that all exhibitors receive a fair opportunity to trade.
